Our favorites

  • Round loaf of brown sourdough bread

    Classic Sourdough

Where it all began. Built on a starter we grew in 2019, this loaf has balanced, complex flavor with yogurt notes and a gentle sourdough tang.

  • Focaccia is what got us into bread. We couldn't find good focaccia in town — so we made it. Fluffy, airy, never greasy. Customers call it "healthy addicting" and tear it from the bag.

    Rosemary Focaccia

  • Wheat sourdough loaf on wooden background

    Wheat Sourdough

Our Wheat Sourdough uses the same 2019 starter, with a proprietary blend of heritage Red Fife whole wheat and hard red bread flour--nutty, slightly sweet, full of character.

  • Baguettes on table

    Pain à l'Ancienne

A rustic baguette in the style developed by a Paris bakery in the late 1970s–with a few tweaks of our own. High-hydration dough cold-fermented for 48 hours builds deep flavor and an open, irregular crumb.

The heart and hands behind Brick House Bakery

What began as a home kitchen has grown slowly into a small-batch bakery built on neighbors, farmers’ markets, and good bread. Every loaf leaves our oven with care—and a little story baked in. Thank you for being part of ours; we're so glad to share each fresh bake with you.

Amity Pauley, Baker and Owner

As always, 5/5 stars! Love seeing Amity and her daughter! The breads are AMAZING, the cookies are soooo good.
